Terms & Conditions

Order Minimums: We require orders of one case minimum.  A case of 12 ounce candles contains 20 candles with lids and a case of 16 ounce candles contains 15 candles with lids.  Opening orders of any two case combinations or more will receive 3 free 12 oz candles of your choice.  When you order please fill out the desired scents in the "Order Special Instructions" box during the ordering process.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order for all Lunalake Candle Company wholesale purchases.  PayPal is a payment service option offering our wholesale partners flexible payment terms
 

Party/Ecommerce Sites: Listing Lunalake Candle Company candles on sites like Ebay, Craiglist, Etsy, Amazon or similar websites is strictly prohibited. By accepting these policies, you authorize Lunalake Candle Company to have the right to contact such third-party site and remove any listings with Lunalake Candle Company products.

Shipping: Orders usually ship within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are based on our negotiated UPS and FedEx shipping rates. Local pickup is available in Landrum, South Carolina. Please email lunalakecandlecompany@gmail.com 2 - 3 business days in advance to schedule a local pickup. 

Returns/Exchanges/Defectives: Returns and exchanges must be in original condition. We accept returns (and exchanges) of unaltered products within 14 business days at the customer's expense with a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if you would like to exchange for other candle products of equal value, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items and the shipping cost of the replacement items. Defective candles will be refunded or replaced if reported within 30 days of purchase.

Zip Code Exclusivity: Lunalake Candle Company determines exclusivity based on your store's Zip Code location along with other criteria, such as, but not limited to, demographic, target market, purchase history, etc. We use Zip Code Exclusivity as a guide. To remain an "Active Stockist" and maintain Zip Code Exclusivity, we look at seasonal order history.

To keep Active status and Zip Code exclusivity, a store must:
  • Place an opening order within one month of application approval
  • Order once a quarter (every three months) to keep seasonal order history up to date
  • Total orders must equal at least $2,500 during the calendar year, January through December

We reserve the right to move a store from "Active" status to "Inactive" status if they do not meet the requirements for Active status. Inactive accounts do not have a right to zip code exclusivity. If your store is expanding or moving locations out of your registered Zip Code, please let know so we can verify Zip Code availability and update your account!

We reserve the right to have no exclusivity access at any time, especially for those businesses that operate online, through catalog or franchise stores, or host occasional 'pop-ups.' Zip code exclusivity does not apply to stores in Landrum, South Carolina.

Resources: As a wholesale partner, you may use any images, pictures, or text from lunalakecandlecompany.com as part of your marketing strategy. We want to help promote your new candle line to your customers!  

Cancellation: Cancellation of any order before it’s shipped is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Eligibility: Lunalake Candle Company is a wholesale company and by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. 
LUNALAKE CANDLE COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A PARTNERSHIP IF ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE VIOLATED OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
